SHIPPING POLICY
Orders for all in-stock merchandise are typically dispatched within a day of order confirmation.
We do everything we can to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and seamless, from the moment you first visit us to the moment your order arrives.
Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the prearranged delivery service.
Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a re-delivery fee may be charged.
Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 14 working days to receive your goods, although it will generally be sooner.
You will be notified by phone on the morning of the delivery to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival.

1. Orders over $50 (5-10 business days, US shipments only, does not include AK/HI/U.S. Territories)
2. Ground Shipping (3-7 business days, US shipments only, does not include AK/HI/U.S. Territories)
3. 2-Day Delivery (US shipments only, does not include U.S. Territories)
4. 1-Day Delivery (US shipments only, does not include U.S. Territories)
5. International Delivery, Canada and U.S. Territories only (other charges may apply)
If you are out when courier comes, our couriers will either leave the parcel with a neighbour, leave it somewhere safe, or will take it away again for redelivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product, in particular that there is space for any delivery vehicle to make the delivery.
