In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can get it replaced. Easy Replacement guarantee is applicable within 7 Days of receipt of product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.
Eligibility: Returns can be made if the product is defective, damaged, or is not as described on the website. However, the same has to be notified within 48 hours of receiving the delivery of the goods. If a particular part of the product is faulty and replaceable, the same shall be provided. Only if the product part cannot be replaced, we shall intiate the return.
Process:
You can raise a replacement request via email.
Please mention your order id, product title and send us photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return. We request you to retain all the packing material.
A Reverse pick up will be initiated as soon as the photographs received are validated. Once the pick-up is done, replacement will be shipped within 24 to 48 Hours.
The guarantee does not extend to:
1) Damages due to misuse of product or incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
2) Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
3) Items that are returned without original packaging, labels, freebies or accessories.
4) Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
5) Made-to-order Products.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

The time of refund hit your account:
The standard refund procedure takes 7~14days dependent on your issuing bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
